JarvisOS ("the app", "we") is a voice AI assistant for iPhone and optional Meta smart glasses. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Voice audio — when you speak to Jarvis or use the wake word, processed to fulfill your requests.
• Google account data — when you connect Google, Calendar and Gmail data you authorize.
• Device identifiers — to sync credits, settings, and your private agent workspace.
• Location — when permitted, for local time, weather, and context-aware answers.
• Health data — when permitted, read-only metrics you authorize in iOS Settings.
• Photos & camera (Meta glasses) — when you ask Jarvis to capture or analyze what you see.
• Usage analytics — product events via PostHog to improve JarvisOS.
• Purchases — subscription and credit status via Apple and RevenueCat.

How we use data

Data is used to provide voice assistance, sync your account, process subscriptions, improve the product, and deliver optional notifications you enable.

Third parties

We use cloud and AI providers to process requests. Google and Spotify are used only when you connect those accounts. Payments are handled by Apple In-App Purchase.

Your choices

Revoke permissions in iOS Settings, disable skills in the app, or delete the app to remove local data. Contact us to request deletion of server-side account data.
